I don’t see certain items on the website anymore. Will they be returning?

If you don't see them anymore, it will not be. However, we have a few returning styles that are not on our new website yet.

 

Am I able to order the older items that will not be returning?

Yes, you are able to do that. It will be considered as a pre-order hence the waiting time for you to receive the item(s) would be 2 - 3 weeks. Payment will have to be made prior to secure the item(s). Kindly email us at sos@thriftythieves.com for pre-order.

 

Can I reserve the items first and pay at your pop-up or office?

Unfortunately no as this disrupts our workflow. You can pay for the items on our website and select the “Self-Collection” options available. The self collection option at pop up will be made available 3 - 5 working days before the pop up.

I’m not local and will be in Singapore for a holiday, would it be possible to have the order sent to my hotel?

Yes, we can do that and we have 2 delivery methods - (1) Same-day delivery via Grab or (2) Hand delivery by us. Prices are dependent on the location so please reach out to us on our Instagram @ThriftyThieves or email us at sos@thriftythieves.com so we can coordinate your order. Alternatively, you may swing by our pop up (if any) to purchase your items.

 

I need to receive my order urgently, do you offer express delivery?

Yes. We are able to do same-day delivery via Grab. Prices are dependent on the location so please reach out to us on our Instagram @ThriftyThieves or email us at sos@thriftythieves.com so we can coordinate your order. Alternatively, you can self collect your order at our pop up (if any).

Are the jewellery handmade?

Items that are from Timeless are handmade by us. Otherwise, the rest of them are readily-assembled by our overseas partners. Tassels from the Tassel Palette are handmade by us.

 

Where are the readily-assembled items from?

They are made in Asia, mostly China, Vietnam and Thailand. 

 

What is Timeless?

x -, also pronounced as timeless, is an extension of Thrifty Thieves. All items are handmade, hand-assembled, hand-pressed flowers by us in our office. 

 

When is the next restock for Timeless?

As we take more time to work on the handmade pieces, there isn't any specific date/day for restock/launch. However, you can get more details by following on their instagram @xx.less

 

Q: I bought from the pop up and items are damaged, can I make an exchange?

A: Please check all purchase made at the pop up as we cannot be sure that items are handled properly after the purchase. We offer paper bags to carry your new jewellery.
