SHIPPING + ORDERING

 ORDER PROCESS

All orders will take 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping, and 2 to 3 business days during peak period such as sales events, pop-ups, festive and major holidays.

Orders received after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Normal Mail and International Air Mail dispatch once a week (every Wednesday) to limit our trips to the Post Office in light of the pandemic.

Orders with PREORDER items will be processed once the order is complete when all the PREORDER items arrived.

Our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT

As our payment merchants do not refund us any transaction fees for any refunded orders, all orders made are final. Should you require a cancelation or any amendment to your order, refunds will be made strictly via Store Credits.

Cancellation and amendment cannot be done if your order is processed.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards, PayNow, GrabPay & Hoolah on our web store.

Cashless payment such as Nets, GrabPay, Pay Now and PayLah are strictly available at our local pop-ups.

  • Free for orders over SGD$39.00
  • Delivered in 2 to 7 business days after order is dispatched, up to 10 business days during peak season.
  • No tracking available.
  • Thrifty Thieves is not liable for any missing or delayed order via Normal Mail.

Door Step Delivery - SGD$3.50

  • Free for orders over SGD$68.00. 
  • SGD$3.20 for orders over SGD$39.00
  • Delivered in 1 to 3 business days after order is dispatched, up to 5 business days during peak season.
  • Tracking number available.
  • An SMS will be sent once your parcel is on the way.
  • 2x delivery attempts.

INTERNATIONAL

Registered Air Mail (Dispatches Weekly, Every Wednesday)

Malaysia - SGD$5.60 (MYR 17.20)

  • Free for orders over SGD120.00
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by J&T Express - 7 to 14 business days, delays expected due to Covid-19

Brunei - SGD$8.60 (B$8.60)

  • Free for orders over SGD150.00
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by SingPost - 6 to 15 business days, up to 20 business days during peak period.

Australia - SGD$9.40 (AUD$9.40)

  • Free for orders over SGD200.00
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by SingPost - 6 to 15 business days, up to 20 business days during peak period.


Rest of the World - SGD$14.90 (USD$10.33)

  • Free for orders over SGD$300.00
  • Tracking number provided.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • Delay in deliveries expected due to significant reduction in air freight capacity.

    INACCURATE/ INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

    Contact us immediately at sos@thriftythieves.com if your mailing address is inaccurate or insufficient. Thrifty Thieves is not responsible or held liable for parcels with inaccurate or insufficient address.

    Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.

    Additional shipping charges apply for returned orders due to inaccurate/ insufficient address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

    You may opt for a refund once we received the returned orders. The full amount (after deduction of the full shipping fees as reflected) will be refunded to you through store credits.

     

    CUSTOM TAXES

    All customers are liable for any local taxes or charges incurred during the delivery process. Thrifty Thieves will not be responsible or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.

    LOST/ MISPLACED MAIL

    Thrifty Thieves is not liable for any lost or misplaced parcels made by our shipping partner unless the error is made on our end. Picture proof is available upon request.

    In an event of a lost/ misplaced mail via Domestic Door Step Delivery/ Domestic Registered Mail and International Air Mail, an investigation will be done by our shipping partner and it may take up to 3 months for a thorough investigation.

    Compensation is only valid for orders sent via Domestic Registered Mail, Domestic Door Step Delivery and International Air Mail.

    Thrifty Thieves will process the compensation once we have received the compensation from our shipping partner (estimate 3 months after the investigation).

    In an event if no picture proof is available, a refund will be made.

    No compensation will be made for lost mail via Domestic Normal Mail. 

     

    SELF COLLECTION

      Pop Ups

      • Orders can be picked up during the stipulated dates as stated during checkout.
