POP UP BASIC INFORMATION
Things you need to know about our next pop up will be shared to our emailer subscribers first and then announced over on our Instagram on the day before. Details such as exact location of the pop up, operating days and hours, and self collection option will be provided.

SELF COLLECTION AT POP UP
This option is 100% complimentary, so here's what will happen when you opt for self collection at our pop ups.
- Self-collection at pop up option during checkout 3 - 5 days prior to our pop-ups.
- This is prevent any confusion and avoid any disruption to our workflow.
- Orders processing time will still be the same (1 - 2 business days, and up to 3 business days during peak).
- Pro-tip: Check-out earlier so you can collect your order(s) earlier.
- A text message will be sent to you to acknowledge your self-collection order and we will also notify you on when it can be collected.
- All the details you need will be included in the text message.
- We seek your kind understanding that no same-day collection is allowed as online orders are packed in the office, and the inventory differs from pop up.
- Please do not expect next-day collection as well as we process our orders depending on the sales volume.
- Should you need to collect your order urgently, please make your order earlier or purchase directly at our pop ups.
- We'll need the name used for order and your order number to verify your order, so it will help if you could prepare that before hand.
- Please be patient with us as there is usually one staff available, so the said staff might be busy with other customers or take a longer time to search for your order. We apologise in advance.
- All orders are checked and packed with integrity. If you have any concerns, please email us at email@example.com
- If you have missed out on your collection, a text message will be sent to you on our next business day. You can decide if you'd like to pick them up at our next pop up or opt for delivery.
STOCKS LEVEL AND INVENTORY
If an item is sold out online, it is sold out at our pop-ups as well. Pop ups and our web store share the same inventory.
We bring limited stocks to our pop ups so certain styles may get sold out on certain days. Stocks run out really quickly if we have a few pop ups running concurrently and during peak seasons.
To secure your loot, you can purchase them online and then select the self-collection option. We regret to inform that we are unable to take any reservations via any other platforms other than our web store.
We apologise in advance should we experience any inventory discrepancy and item(s) out of stock due to concurrent purchase(s) at our pop up.
