In the recent weeks, we have received numerous domestic enquiries on orders sent via Standard Mails, mostly concerns on their yet-to-received parcels.
We understand the frustration on delayed or possibly lost mails as the same sentiments are felt on our end as well.
Additional measures were indicated to ensure that the most important points (shipping estimates, tracking availability and full shipping info) are easily accessible when selecting your preferred shipping methods during check out. Smartpac/ Registered Mail was also the recommended shipping method. That said, many times such nitty gritty details are often overlooked.
It is common knowledge that Standard Mail does not come with tracking number, hence it is untraceable. We are currently going the extra mile by calling SingPost to check on any undelivered parcels on their end. We seek your kind understanding that it is beyond our control on SingPost’s inefficiency, and we are doing all that we can. Our return address is available on all parcels and should we receive any, you will be contacted immediately.
In light of the recent unfortunate delivery delays from SingPost, we have decided to cease all domestic standard deliveries. We have debated this for some time now and thought that this is the best way for everyone to have a peace of mind.

We have since introduced a new domestic delivery partner, Ninja Van, and we are currently offering Door Step Delivery via Ninja Pack.
The service offers delivery in 1 - 3 business days, real time tracking and 3x delivery attempts. In an event of a failed delivery (not more than 3 times), you may contact Ninja Van directly to have it resent to your door step.

With the updated domestic delivery methods, we hope to reduce delayed or lost parcels. Also note that all orders will take 1 - 2 business days (up to 3 business days during peak period) to process before it's sent to our delivery partners. Alternatively, you may self collect your orders from our office, pop-ups or during one of our meet-up sessions.
